Agile 2011

Janet Gregory and I will present “Hooray, we’re Agile Testers, What’s Next? Advanced Topics in Agile Testing” at Agile 2011. We’re excited about this opportunity to help teams find more innovative ways to integrate testing activities in their agile development.

Agile Testing Days 2011

I’ll be in Potsdam for Agile Testing Days 2011, November 14 – 17, this is the most fun and educational conference around, hope to see you there!

I’ll be doing a tutorial (see the video for more info) for more advanced agile testers, “Hooray, We’re Agile Testers! What Now?” and a keynote with Janet Gregory called “Appendix A: Lessons Learned Since Agile Testing was Published”. This is just about the coolest testing conference in the world – this will be my third year participating, and there is a reason I keep going back! Lots of great practitioners, lots of great sessions, and a truly classy conference.

New Column in Agile Record Magazine

I was asked to write a column in Agile Record. I call it “Agile Testing in Real Life”, and the first installment is on setting our learning objectives for 2011. Please check out the latest issue, which has lots of great content, including a fascinating interview with James Bach and Michael Bolton, and an article on Three Improvement Strategies with Jurgen Appelo.

Not Very New News

Beautiful Testing is out, with chapters by some of the leading testing practitioners around the globe. Proceeds go to charity, please check it out!

Janet and I offer a three-day Agile Testing training course. Check Janet’s site for details.

Our Agile Testing book is in its sixth(!) printing, and is now available in Japanese, Korean and Russian! We’re getting lots of positive feedback from people who say it has helped them a bunch. If you’ve read it, please review it on Amazon or your blog.
